Welcome to Bots Be Like ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at https://botsbelike.com ("Website") and our custom AI voice bot creation services ("Services").
By purchasing our Services, accessing our Website, or using any Human Bot we create for you, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase our Services or use our Website.
1. Services Description

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
2.2 Business Capacity
If you are purchasing Services on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that:

The entity agrees to be bound by these Terms
2.3 Jurisdiction
Our Services are intended for use by individuals and businesses in jurisdictions where such services are legal. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Account and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To purchase our Services, you must provide:

Content samples or authorization to access your public content
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Purchase and Payment
4.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. Current pricing:

Hands-Free Bot: $497
All-In Bot: $997
Founding Member Pricing: The first 50 customers receive special pricing. After 50 spots are filled, prices will increase.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors
You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected Service
4.3 One-Time Fee
All packages are one-time fees. There are no recurring subscription charges for the bot itself. However:
Third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) may require separate subscriptions
You are responsible for any platform subscription fees
We are not responsible for charges imposed by third-party platforms
4.4 Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for all sales, use, value-added, and other taxes associated with your purchase, except for taxes based on our net income.
4.5 No Refunds After Trial Period
All sales are final after the 14-day trial period expires. See Section 5 (Refund Policy) for details.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive access to your Human Bot.
During the 14-day trial period, you may request a full refund if:
The bot doesn't sound like you
You're unsatisfied with the results for any reason
You decide AI tools aren't right for your needs
You experience technical issues we cannot resolve
5.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

You may not retain copies of proprietary materials
5.4 No Refunds After 14 Days
After 14 days from the date you receive bot access:
All sales are final
No refunds will be issued for any reason
You retain ownership of your custom bot configuration
5.5 Coaching and Additional Services
For the All-In Bot package:
Refunds requested after attending any coaching calls will be prorated
Access to call recordings and community may be revoked upon refund
Unused coaching sessions do not qualify for partial refunds after the 14-day period
6. Service Delivery and Timeline
6.1 Delivery Timelines
Approximate delivery timelines by package:
Partner Bot: 14-20 days
Hands-Free Bot: 7-14 days
All-In Bot: 5-7 days
These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary based on:
Complexity of your voice
Quality and quantity of training content available
Technical issues with third-party platforms
Volume of concurrent orders
Your responsiveness during the process
6.2 Trial Period Access
During the 14-day trial period:
Your bot will be installed in OUR AI platform account
We will grant you shared access to use and test the bot
You can request refinements to improve accuracy
You retain the right to request a full refund
6.3 Transfer to Your Account
After the 14-day trial period:
If you're satisfied and the trial period has ended, we transfer the bot to YOUR preferred AI platform account
You will receive instructions for accessing and using your bot
The bot becomes your property (subject to third-party platform terms)
You are responsible for maintaining platform access and subscriptions
6.4 Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Third-party platform outages or issues
Insufficient or low-quality training content
Your unavailability or delayed responses
Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
Force majeure events (see Section 14)
7. Your Responsibilities
7.1 Content You Provide
When providing content for bot training, you represent and warrant that:
You own or have rights to all content provided
The content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
The content does not contain illegal, defamatory, or harmful material
You have authority to grant us access to the content
The content does not violate any confidentiality obligations
7.2 Use of Your Human Bot
You agree to:
Review all AI-generated content before publishing
Edit for accuracy, appropriateness, and brand alignment
Fact-check any claims, statistics, or references
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Comply with third-party platform terms of service
Not use the bot for prohibited purposes (see Section 8)
Maintain any required AI platform subscriptions
Accept full responsibility for content published using your bot
7.3 Disclosure and Transparency
You are responsible for:
Understanding disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction
Complying with FTC guidelines and advertising regulations
Disclosing AI use where legally required
Being transparent with your audience as appropriate
7.4 Platform Compliance
You agree to:
Comply with terms of service for social media platforms
Comply with email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
Respect platform policies regarding AI-generated content
Not engage in spam, manipulation, or deceptive practices
8. Prohibited Uses
8.1 You May NOT Use Your Human Bot To:

❌ Create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content
❌ Produce content that violates laws or platform policies
❌ Generate harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or hateful content
❌ Violate intellectual property rights
❌ Engage in spam or manipulative marketing practices
❌ Create deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive
❌ Generate adult content or content harmful to minors
❌ Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls
❌ Harass, threaten, or intimidate individuals
❌ Spread misinformation or disinformation
❌ Violate privacy rights or data protection laws
❌ Engage in any illegal activity
8.2 Consequences of Prohibited Use
If we determine you have used your Human Bot for prohibited purposes:
We may immediately terminate your access
We may disable your bot
You will not receive a refund
We may report illegal activity to authorities
We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Our Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in:
The Bots Be Like brand, logo, and trademarks
Our website content and design
Our training methodologies and processes
The 365 Content Vault materials
Voice Bot Vault materials
Coaching content and recordings
Any proprietary tools or systems we develop
9.2 Your Custom Bot Configuration
Once delivered and paid for (after the 14-day trial period):
You own the custom configuration and prompts that constitute your specific Human Bot
We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use your bot for your business purposes
You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially license your bot to others
You may not reverse-engineer our methodologies to create bots for others
9.3 Licensed Materials
Materials included with your package (365 Content Vault, Voice Bot Vault, coaching recordings) are licensed to you for:
Personal use in your business
Content creation for your own platforms
Internal team use within your organization
You may NOT:
Resell or redistribute these materials
Share them publicly or with competitors
Use them to create derivative products for sale
Claim them as your own creation
9.4 Third-Party Platform IP
The underlying AI technology (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) remains the property of the respective platform providers. Your use is subject to their terms of service.
9.5 AI-Generated Content
Important: Intellectual property law regarding AI-generated content is complex and evolving.
AI-generated content may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions
We make no warranties regarding the copyrightability of AI-generated content
You are responsible for adding sufficient human creativity to make content protectable
You assume all risk regarding intellectual property in AI-generated content

9.6 Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services:
We may use them without obligation to you
You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such feedback
We are not required to keep feedback confidential
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 Our Privacy Practices
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Payment information

Content samples you provide or authorize us to collect

Content you provide for bot training:
Is treated as confidential and proprietary
Is used ONLY to train YOUR specific bot

10.3 Third-Party Platform Data Practices
CRITICAL: When you use your Human Bot, data is processed by third-party AI platforms.
You acknowledge:
These platforms have their own privacy policies and data practices
They may store interaction data
They may use data to improve their models
You are responsible for reviewing their privacy policies
We are not responsible for their data handling
10.4 Data Retention
We retain:
Account information for as long as your account is active
Training content as necessary to support your bot
Payment records as required by law
Support communications for reasonable periods
You may request deletion of your data after service termination, subject to legal retention requirements.
11. Disclaimers and Warranties
11.1 Service "AS IS"
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
Warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness
Uninterrupted or error-free service
Security or freedom from viruses
11.2 AI Limitations
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
Your Human Bot will perfectly replicate your writing
AI-generated content will be accurate or error-free
AI-generated content will pass AI detection tools
Your content will achieve specific results or engagement
Third-party AI platforms will function without interruption
AI technology will remain unchanged

11.3 Third-Party Platforms
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Third-party AI platform performance, availability, or changes
Platform outages, errors, or service interruptions
Platform policy changes affecting your bot
Platform data practices or security breaches
Platform pricing or subscription changes
Platform content moderation decisions
11.4 Results
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
Specific business results, revenue, or ROI
Increased engagement, followers, or sales
Viral content or specific performance metrics
That AI content will be indistinguishable from human writing
Compliance with all platform algorithms or policies
11.5 Legal Compliance
WE DO NOT WARRANT:
That our Services comply with laws in your specific jurisdiction
That AI-generated content complies with industry regulations
Legal advice regarding AI use in your situation
That disclosure requirements don't apply to you
You are responsible for ensuring legal compliance in your jurisdiction and industry.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Exclusion of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damage to reputation or goodwill
Cost of substitute services
Business interruption
Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services
This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2 Cap on Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

If you purchased a $297 Partner Bot, our maximum liability is $297
If you purchased a $997 All-In Bot, our maximum liability is $997
12.3 Specific Exclusions
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
AI-Generated Content: Inaccurate, inappropriate, harmful, or defamatory content produced by your Human Bot
Your Use: How you deploy, modify, or use the bot
Legal Consequences: Violations of laws, regulations, or platform policies
Platform Issues: Third-party AI platform failures, changes, or data breaches
Intellectual Property: IP disputes involving AI-generated content
Business Losses: Lost clients, opportunities, or competitive disadvantages
Reputational Harm: Damage from AI-detected or inappropriate content
User Error: Misuse, mistakes, or failure to review AI output
Force Majeure: Events beyond our reasonable control
12.4 Basis of the Bargain
You acknowledge that:
We have set our prices in reliance on these limitations
These limitations reflect a reasonable allocation of risk
You would not receive the same pricing without these limitations
12.5 Jurisdiction-Specific Provisions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
13.1 Your Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bots Be Like, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:
Your use of the Services or your Human Bot
Content you publish using AI-generated drafts
Your violation of these Terms or our AI Policy
Your violation of any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Intellectual property claims related to your AI-generated content
Your violation of third-party platform terms of service
Misrepresentations in content you provide for training
Prohibited uses of your Human Bot
Negligence or misconduct in your use of the Services
13.2 Defense and Settlement
We reserve the right to:
Assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification
Require you to cooperate in the defense of such claims
Approve any settlement that affects our rights or interests
You may not settle any claim without our prior written consent.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires, storms)
War, terrorism, civil unrest
Government actions or regulations
Pandemics or public health emergencies
Internet or telecommunications failures
Third-party AI platform outages or discontinuation
Cyberattacks or security breaches affecting third parties
Labor disputes or strikes
Supplier or vendor failures
During a force majeure event, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
15. Modifications to Services and Terms

16. Termination
16.1 Termination by You
You may request termination:
During 14-day trial: Request a refund and service termination
After 14 days: Discontinue use of your bot at any time (no refund)
Upon termination by you:
Access to community and proprietary materials is revoked
You may retain your custom bot configuration if paid in full
You must cease representing yourself as a Bots Be Like customer
16.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if:
You violate these Terms
You use the Services for prohibited purposes
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
You fail to pay amounts due
We are required to do so by law
We determine, in our sole discretion, that termination is necessary
16.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination by us:
Your right to use the Services immediately ceases
Access to proprietary materials is revoked
No refunds are provided (unless within 14-day trial period)
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (indemnification, limitation of liability, etc.) will survive
17. Dispute Resolution

Consolidate disputes with other disputes
17.5 Exceptions to Arbitration
Either party may seek equitable relief in court for:
Intellectual property infringement

18. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable:

If modification is not possible, the provision will be severed
The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect
18.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver is effective unless in writing.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
18.5 No Agency
These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Bots Be Like.
18.6 Independent Contractors
You and Bots Be Like are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee relationship.

Future purchases or upgrades are at then-current pricing
20.3 Capacity Limitations
We limit the number of concurrent clients to ensure quality:
Services may be unavailable when capacity is reached
We reserve the right to close enrollment temporarily
Waitlists may be established during high-demand periods
